Supurb company to deal with. I emailed my problem, requesting, if possible, a quotation and an approximate visit time. Steve's wife got back to me really promptly and supplied me with all the info I needed. She fitted me in the very next morning. Steve arrived bang on time, explained what he was going to do and got on with the job in hand. A very nice chap, the job was trickier than was expected but this didnt phase Steve at all. Got the job completed in about an hour cleaned the whole area, like he had never been there and then gave me a discount, as I was a pensioner! It was a pleasure to part with my money!!! I have been so grateful to Steve and Aquajet on two occasions. When we had an issue with a blocked toilet soil pipe, which had already been unblocked once by another company, Steve came out and did a free of charge inspection and recommended a solution which only required clearing and re-patching the pipe. This saved me thousands of pounds from choosing a quote for much more disruptive work from another company, and has solved the issue perfectly. Steve was polite, helpful, diligent and provided a great service at a great price. I have since relied on Aquajet again and have recommended them to anyone asking for a drains issue. Cannot recommend AquaJet/ Steve enough. Steve kindly carried out a CCTV drain survey for us recently for a property we were hoping to purchase. He went above and beyond to address our concerns and took the time to explain his findings. The report was detailed with footage and easy to read information regarding the pipes with an overall recommendation. The report was sent within 24 hours demonstrating his efficiency. 22/05/25. We had an emergency and found AquaJet Drainage company on Google ; it was out of hours and Steve picked up immediately . Once, he had the details of our problem , he offered to come immediately . 15 minutes later Steve was tackling the issue head on . Would recommend Steve very highly . Called them up late Thursday morning to ask for them to check the drains as my toilet was struggling to flush. By mid afternoon, the drains had been flushed out and cleared, no drama, and the toilet is back to its normal state. Everyone I dealt with (from the person answering phone to the specialist who came out to my home) were polite, cheerful and friendly. Good value for money too. Tip top service! ~ Miss J

Steve did an excellent job of diagnosing and replacing a collapsed pipe for us. He initially came out to us quickly to diagnose the issue and show me camera footage from his survey. He explained our options with no pressure and carried out the remedial works to a high standard. My house is over 100 years old and Steve came out to do a CCTV survey, talking me through it as he worked. Turned out there were a couple of areas that needed addressing and Steve provided me with options and solutions. We decided on a course of action and the work was completed the following week.
